Whoo, its been a while. My computer crashed. I need a new one. That might take a while. Moving on…
I just came off of my vacation and yes I did eat up a storm. Needless to say, I put on some weight and my clothes are extremely uncomfortable. You try going to work with you blouse sleeve threatening your arm with amputation via blood flow restrictions. Not pretty. Plus I have a wedding to attend in exactly one week. The dress i plan to wear, fit me quite well …when i was ten pounds lighter and could fit me better if i was 15-20 pounds lighter. But, as it turns out i need to lose 10 pounds in 7 days.
Not healthy i know, but I’m desperate. I also need to lose at least 50 pounds in total to reach my ideal body weight. I figure fruits, liquids, fresh vegetables, protein shakes, whole grain “Fitness” cereal and two daily exercise routines ought to do it. After the wedding, I’ll taper it off and add some meat and cooked vegetables (if i don’t cave during the week) in order to lose my remaining pounds.
I actually lost 50 lbs about a year ago… but that was when I was bored, unemployed and at home every single day. This time, definitely more of a challenge.
If i get through this week, I’ll be very proud if only because it means I have some discipline considering I’m the type of person to give into my cravings and eat everything in sight.
